General Membership Meeting Recap
Our semi-annual General Membership Meeting at Revivals was a great success. Thanks to everyone who turned out; your presence helped make it a special night. For those of you who were unable to attend, we hope to see you in the fall!
Special thanks to Mike Scott and the staff at Revivals for the excellent food and atmosphere.
It was gratifying to hear from Perkasie Mayor Bob Hunsicker and council Vice-President Rich Hendricks that the borough supports our efforts to enhance the business climate and offer cultural opportunities for our residents.
“I am proud of you and applaud your efforts,” said the mayor.
“Perkasie Olde Towne and Borough Council will work together now and in the future,” said Rich.
Keith Smith of Prodesco offered an informative history of the company’s impressive history in Perkasie and its recent acquisition by Fenner PLC, a Yorkshire England company. Keith assured us Prodesco and its subsidiary, Secant Medical, will continue to operate as usual at their Park Avenue location.
Meanwhile, we continue working on “Hot Ribs, Cool Jazz” scheduled for May 17. This year’s event promises to be the biggest and best ever.
